Make a Stand produced one of AP’s most memorable wins in the 1997 Champion Hurdle at Cheltenham where he led all the way, now 25 years old the chestnut gelding lives at Henrietta’s Oxfordshire yard with Edredon Bleu (whom AP won the Queen Mother Champion Chase in 2000).
