Sponsorship for Top Endurance Rider Linda Cowperthwaite

KBF99 Sponsor Top Endurance Rider

KBF99 is delighted to announce sponsorship of endurance rider Linda Cowperthwaite, who was ranked as the top British rider/horse combination in the FEI world rankings at the end of the 2012 season.

Linda competes with four horses; all owned by her Aunt, Evelyn Helme, including Maraday Mystaron (Ron), a 10 year old 16hh British Bred Anglo Arab by Maraday Mystic Morn out of Titania of Tanwood, by The Tystan TB. In 2012 Ron was the highest placed British Horse and 11th overall in the FEI Open Horse World Ranking.

A big fan of the KBF99 Grooming Brushes and Equipment, Linda uses the products to help protect her horses from illness and disease whilst in training and when competing away from home.

Linda said: “I work full time for the AHVLA (Animal Health Veterinary Laboratories Agency) so I really appreciate the scientifically proven benefits of the KBF99 products.

“To be able to actively kill harmful bacteria and fungus to reduce the risk of illness when competing your horse at this level is invaluable. I spend seven months training and preparing for rides so have to take all possible steps to protect my horses and safeguard their health. It would be awful to make it so far and then have to pull out for a reason that could be prevented by improved biosecurity.”

Ron is now part of Endurance Team GB Elite with a view to selection for this year’s Open European Championship in the Czech Republic, then WEG in Normandy for 2014.

KBF99 products are chemical free and can dramatically reduce harmful bacteria and fungus to reduce the risk of illness and disease when combined with good stable management.

Prices start from just £2.00 and products are available in a range of colours. The KBF99 additive is effective for a minimum of two years and all products feature a best before date.
