In their first equine catalogue Countrywide Farmers, the UK’s largest equestrian specialists, are providing ‘everything for you, and your horse, all in one place’.
The newly launched catalogue features over 7,000 products including 4,000 new lines and aims to give shoppers more choice than ever before. Ranges include a staggering array of clothing, safety wear and footwear to all you could need for your horse or pony from saddlery, rugs and sheets to bandages and brushing boots. Feed and bedding, grooming and stable supplies are also included in over 150 pages.
Novice riders to professional businesses
To mark the launch in September, Countrywide Chief Executive John Hardman was joined at the Evesham HQ by Jody Page, equestrian marketing specialist for Countrywide and the equine category team Rhian Williams, Louise White leading Welsh Section A, Sophie and Pat Sykes riding Chatta, a 17.2hh grey. “We aim to cater for all equestrians from the smallest novice rider to the largest professional business,” said Mr Hardman. “Our new catalogue means that any customer can enjoy the convenience and luxury of shopping from the comfort of their own home from a truly amazing range of quality, competitively priced products.”
4 ways to shop
Countrywide’s commitment to giving ‘more choice than ever before’ also includes different ways to shop. There are now four options: in store, by phone, on-line at home or, the latest option, on-line in store using new kiosks with touch screen modules. Products can then be delivered straight to the customer’s home, in store or direct to the equestrian yard.
Already the UK’s leading equestrian specialist with its own exclusive Kadence brand Countrywide has taken this opportunity to further expanded its links with the top manufactures to include Jeffries saddlery, Ariat, Robert Lemieux Horse Health range and Gatehouse riding hats.
“The Countrywide catalogue shows just what an amazing range of products we can offer,” says Sara Blackshaw Countrywide’s Equestrian Category Manager. “Equally as important, it introduces people to the services and advice they can get in store, which are a vital part of making sure they get the full enjoyment and value from whatever they purchase. We have the UK’s largest team of equestrian specialists in our stores, all of whom live and breathe the country life and are horse owners and riders themselves. AMTRA trained, they are all fully qualified to provide customers with the most up-to date advice and guidance, whether you are buying a new saddle, hat or body protector or need advice on animal health products.”
